Microsoft Office 2010 & 2016 unsupported and removed - What to do next?
As of the 13th October 2020 and October 14th 2025, Microsoft has ended support for Microsoft Office 2010 and 2016 software respectively.
As this carries increased security risks, we have actively started removing this software from Trust devices, and no longer deploy them out. The web version (linked below) or via the Teams App is what has replaced these packages as a free unlicensed option
However, if you would like a licence for the full M365 version, you can apply for this by clicking on the link below, and submitting a ticket requesting an "M365 Full Client (Apps 4 Enterprise)" license.
This will then automatically go to the M365 Project team who will then review/action your request.
