How Do I Save a PDF in Google Chrome?
When you click a pdf link in Google Chrome, it will open the file in a new tab in Google Chrome. To download the file follow these steps.
Example PDF in Chrome

In the top right hand corner of the pdf page you will see a set of Icons. The Icon with the down arrow is the download button. Click on this to download the pdf.

The PDF will automatically download to your Downloads folder.
You can access this from Chrome or via the File Browser.
In Chrome; Click the arrow on the download tab that appears, in the menu select Show in Folder


In File Explorer: Simply click on the Downloads link in the left menu.

From the Downloads folder you can copy the file to where you need to including network shares.
