ICE is now live throughout the trust. Below are the details of who to contact if you have an issue
New ICE Accounts
New ICE accounts require a manager to request via the following form: https://nhs.freshservice.com/support/catalog/items/341
When requesting the correct computer username for the user MUST be inputted or an account will not be created
Printer Issues
Please report a fault with ice printers to the IT service desk either with this form: https://nhs.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new or by calling ext 65777
