Purpose :-
Microsoft OneDrive for Business is included in your subscription to Microsoft 365, this is cloud based storage that is accessible from any device anywhere. OneDrive replaces your H: or My Documents folders and is private storage that you control.
Benefits :-

Version Control: OneDrive version control enables multiple staff to work on the same document or file simultaneously without the risk of overwriting each other's work. You can easily see changes and revert to previous versions if needed.
