OneDrive - Red Cross On Files/Folders
You should see the OneDrive Icon at the bottom right of your system tray (By the Date and time) You might need to click the ^ symbol to see the icon.
If the icon is still not visible you might need to follow the below linked guide on how to open OneDrive
If you now right click on the OneDrive icon and then click the Cog Wheel (Settings button) then navigate to the "Account" tab on the left hand side.
You should then be able to see your NHS mail account. (Make sure it says the correct name/address and not a colleagues)
Just below this you need to click the "Unlink the PC" hyperlink. Once unlinked it should then force you to sign back into your OneDrive account using your NHS.net account.
This will then force OneDrive to Sync all your files again.
