One Drive - Restore a Document

Open Teams then click on Files then My Files:

Then at the top click on Open in OneDrive, it will open the web access for OneDrive

In the browser that opens click on Recycle Bin in the list on the top left

This will show you the files that are available to recover, if the file is not listed there click the link at the bottom for Second Stage Recycle Bin.

If you cannot find the file you are looking for there then I'm afraid it is not recoverable and will need to be recreated.
