Using your Sussex account to access Clinical systems at BSUH
Using your new Sussex account to access Clinical systems while working at BSUH
Access to some legacy WSHT applications such as Evolve will require legacy BSUH staff to be given a Sussex computer account first.
The Sussex account itself is the WSHT version of your BSUH computer account. WSHT clinical app access can then be granted and added to your Sussex account.
Before you try to access any WSHT clinical apps using the Sussex log in you will need to change the password.
It is worth noting this password will expire every 12 months and this process will need to be repeated when this occurs
To reset this password you will first need to log out of your pc.
On the log in page above the username field it will say "BSUH", change this to "SUSSEX" then log into the account with the details you were given.
It will prompt you to reset your password.
The password criteria for Sussex accounts are as follows:
12 Characters minimum
1 capital letter minimum
1 number minimum
Cannot contain your own name
Cannot be a password you have used before
Once the password is reset you can log out of your Sussex account, change the drop down back to "BSUH" and log back in with your normal BSUH log in.
You will now be able to access WSHT clinical systems via your normal BSUH log in. While logged in as normal select the clinical app (for example Evolve) and log into it with your Sussex username and the password you have just set.
