Microsoft Teams/Office 365 not enabled (license error)
ISSUE: Users unable to log on to Microsoft teams/ Licensed desktop users unable to active M365 products
SOLUTION:
First Check and refresh the users license via NHS portal for example
if a user is in RYR.Licence.Apps4Enterprise
add them to the standard policy and then back into RYR.Licence.Apps4Enterprise
if a user is in RYR.Licence.E3R PowerBI Free
add them to the standard policy and then back into RYR.Licence.E3R PowerBI Free
On the Users Machine open settings
Select Accounts
Select Access work or School
Select the users account and press Manage
Press Disconect
Press Yes
IF they are a web user (INCLUDING KIOSK) sign them out of any 365 Web apps
Now ask the user to log back into Teams or Office.
