OpenEyes - Adding a record of a telephone call to a patient record
1. Use the search bar to search for your patient
2. Within your patient record click the "Add Event" button
3. Select the subspeciality, then the context, then select "Telephone call"
4. Enter your notes into the comments box, then make sure to save once complete
