Finding your Asset Number

All Trust devices are allocated an asset number.  Please have this available if reporting any issues to IT.

The asset number will be displayed on a printed barcode sticker. 

Your asset number will begin with one of the following: RYRC, RYRA, RXHD, RXHL, UHSD, UHSL

The sticker will look like this:

Finding the asset number if you cannot find the sticker
There are a few ways of finding out your asset number if the sticker is inaccessible or missing. These are detailed below

Via the IT Support folder

1. On your blue desktop background there will be an icon named "IT Support". Click the Icon to open the application list

2. When the list opens near the top should be an item named "_PC Information.exe". Double click this to open it.

3. This will load a information window that contains your asset number 

Getting your asset number with system information

1. On your keyboard press the windows key (bottom left) and the Pause break key (Top right) at the same time 

2. Pressing these simultaneously will load a system information window. The computer name is your asset number
