How do I access Microsoft OneDrive on a standard device

On standard Non-Kiosk devices there are two ways to access your OneDrive

1. Via MS Teams

You can access your files from inside the Teams application.

Click Files, then My Files and your private documents will be displayed on the right-hand side.

2. Via Microsoft File explorer

You can access Microsoft OneDrive from file explorer, by logging into the Microsoft OneDrive App on your device, this is not applicable on Clinical KIOSK devices.

If this is the first time using the app on a computer, you will need to sign in.

1. Search OneDrive in the search bar in the bottom left of your screen

2. Select the OneDrive App

3. Sign into OneDrive with your NHS Email and password. Note: You can just click next on the intro pages and then the "Later" button on the "download OneDrive on your Mobile" page

Your OneDrive will now open.

Microsoft OneDrive will now also appear in your system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of your device. You can launch Microsoft OneDrive from here. You may need to click the ^ symbol to see the icon or access via file explorer.
